Location

This modern house was designed by the Architect Alicia Carrio, resident in the Costa del Sol and familiar with the area. It is quite spectacular, with its full length picture windows both front and back, (north and south), so that from any point in the house, the views of Africa and the Alcornocales National Park mountains can be enjoyed.

Ground Floor

The ground floor comprises of a large entrance hall and to the left access to a service area (which has its own independent access from the outside, and consists of a large bed sitting room, bathroom and utility room.) Across the hall from this is a large study/library with views to the bamboo wood and stream.

Kitchen

To the right is a large gallery with glass and steel walls from where there is access to the spacious kitchen, dining room and lounge areas – all have large picture windows that open out onto terraces. The outside terrace has barbeque area etc. Cool in the heat of summer to the north, warm for the winter to the south.

Bedrooms

From the entrance hall a splendid wooden and iron staircase, illuminated by a large glass wall, leads up to the 4 large bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom and private terrace with views to the north or south of the property.

Gardens

The garden has been landscaped sympathetically allowing for the natural flora, which include a great variety of trees and bushes, to flourish. Two wooden bridges cross the stream allowing one the opportunity to enjoy the lovely sight of the flowing water.
